Reflexology ... the way of being - Olistic

As I told you in previous post a few weeks ago with the same therapist who had given me the ayurvedic massage, I did my first treatment of reflexology.

At some point we have started a dialogue between me and the therapist.

It 'was very interesting because I, who had gone to her mainly known for my stomach problems, in the end it came out that she does not feel nothing in the stomach, but feel the tension in the gut .... now it will be seen in the next few treatments!



Apart from my testimony, which is still biased, because I strongly believe in these therapies, especially if associated with our kind of life very hectic and fast-poor attention to the present moment and ase themselves, I recommend it.
Obviously I'm just the 1st treatment, I'll make more, but I believe that in order to approach this type of therapy is necessary to open the mind and understanding of us, ns. person, healing, our way of life ....
E 'useful to approach these therapies with different eyes, not like the traditional medicine we are accustomed to, ".. that push the button and pass the sickness .." , Here you have to change the view of the whole.
Let me explain, are alternative therapies, natural, based on principles that not everyone shares, still too little known in the West and still under-used and valued, unfortunately.
But if we think about it, we have a mind, body, soul and belong to all three of us, right?
So in some way influence each other and depend on the 'other, then the basic principle of these holistic therapies is not so weird!
Of course, as I said before, you must change a little bit the way we see ourselves, of our. life, ns. understand the disease, healing, and prevention.

remaining in the field of natural and complementary medicine techniques, I want to share my experience to make fresh fresh on ayurvedic massage.

Personally, my weekends are always marked by as much as possible to relaxation and wellness.
I try to maintain and increase particularly but not exclusively on weekends, a way of life marked by physical and mental health.
In this regard my rites are eating healthy, drinking plenty of water and herbal teas of various types, especially moving to outdoor walks and exercise to Pilates and meditation.
There are other small things that I put into practice as a positive attitude and openness to the world and the next, attentions towards myself and my loved ones, even rites on the part of my psychological and spiritual person as the search to improve dialogue with myself, I can combattereogniqualvolta my fears, shaping my flaws.
also try to invest my free time in activities that make me feel good and I like.

Especially lately, I'm going through a challenging period in many ways, I feel the need to find some relaxation and wellness. To find some peace of mind that so many commitments, thoughts and the hectic life they take away. And I have chosen to implement this for a while the "natural way" and holistic treatments and all that concerns them.

Good Weekend!



Today is Friday and so I'm happy, those who know me a little better knows why!
But apart from that detail .... usually on Friday I gave the fatigue and stress accumulated during the week and into this 'hours while being thrilled and delighted' s start of the weekend tired me down a bit insane. So as I look down the
